With over a decade of experience as a digital project and program manager, I’ve worked with agencies, start-ups, and Fortune 500 clients across a wide range of initiatives — from small-scale marketing efforts to multi-million-dollar .com programs. My work spans large B2C and B2B enterprise websites, apps, custom e-commerce platforms, campaign and content production, and process optimization.
I bring deep experience across project management, creative operations, product definition, and stakeholder management — particularly within digital agencies, where these responsibilities often intersect.

Arizona Public Service - A complex utility website & app
While I have managed web design and development roadmaps for renowned clients, including android.com, I’m particularly proud of the website and app redesign for Arizona’s energy company. Working alongside a team of six UX/UI designers, and a strategist, we redefined a complex and robust Information Architecture and design system, incorporating elements used across hundreds of public, account-based, and transactional pages, as well as dashboard visualizations on financial data, and energy exchange. This achievement was the result of meticulous planning, months of industry deep dives, multi-day workshops, and UX research expertise. Teaming up with Infosys's engineering leads, while juggling design sprints and convincing energy execs of the importance of UX research and design, wasn’t exactly a walk in the park—but we pulled it off and exceeded our client's expectations.


GE Healthcare Reimagining Better Health; a global study
A survey of 2,000 hospital-based clinicians, 5,500 patients, and 24 qualitative interviews with both groups marked the start of an in-depth analysis of perceptions on the future of healthcare. My role involved managing client stakeholder relations, asset production planning, and overseeing asset production and delivery during the latter stages of the data analysis phase. This included executive leadership presentations, a comprehensive website, and PDFs detailing the results and findings, as well as nearly a hundred short-form video and static assets for global enterprise communications.


The Row - Metaverse developments
The Row was a private, members-only metaverse community featuring fictional architecture by renowned artists. The Row included 30 unique 3D architectural landmarks, each sold as a one-of-a-kind NFT starting at $50K-$100K. Artists involved were Daniel Arsham, Misha Kahn, Andrés Reisinger, Alexis Christodoulou, Six N. Five, and Hard. On this project, I managed the design and development of our website and NFT galleries, video production, and handled our relationship with Monaverse(developers) during implementation and metaverse platform testing.


Creative Production Process Optimization at a Web2/Web3 Agency
Upon joining Everyrealm, a start-up with over $50M at stake, as Head of Creative Operations, I became part of a talented team from diverse backgrounds—finance, architecture, product, marketing, and several young Web3 innovators—though there was no clearly defined structure or workflow for creative production. To address this, I took the initiative to establish a structured process, introducing new ceremonies and implementing tools to streamline workflows and foster collaboration.


android.com (Oct 2020 - Jan 2022)
During the second half of my time at Huge, just before deciding to test the web3/metaverse waters, I spearheaded design and development roadmap planning and oversaw creative, content, site deployment, and localization delivery for Android. As part of an embedded Google pod, we were responsible for updates to android.com, tv.google, Wear OS, Android Auto, and Android Enterprise. Meticulous strategic planning and proactive interfacing with four Google Product Marketing stakeholders and their Web Strategy Director were crucial to meeting time-sensitive targets, and we consistently achieved our goals.

Developed the brand identity, product packaging, and a custom Webflow e-commerce experience for a modern men’s skincare brand. Built the visual, digital, and structural foundations needed for a cohesive launch and a consistent, scalable design system.

My bread and butter. Here, I defined requirements, conducted industry research, and developed high-fidelity concepts, a sitemap, and affinity diagrams. These deliverables — along with a detailed production plan — were used to present to the founders and brief UI design peers for a custom community platform tailored to investors and dealers representing emerging artists from the US and the Nordics.
Over the years, I’ve planned and managed the redesign, development, or updates of numerous B2C and B2B sites, as well as creative production, for clients across various industries. My experience spans technology (Microsoft, Google, SAP), telecom (Vodafone), entertainment (Viacom), pet care (Petfinder.com, Purina.com), healthcare (GE, Merck.com, Novartis.com), and industrial sectors.
Some other relevant projects include a year-long retainer at Huge Inc., where I worked alongside a team of 6–8 designers on explorations for the future of Google Search Ads with their former UX Director, Seth Micarelli. I also planned and managed the redesign and development of 75% of Innophos.com, a robust and secure custom B2B e-commerce platform.
